Returns Policy

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here's how it works.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement by email to info@whyte-smile.com within those 14 days. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory. We'll confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

2. Exception: sealed hygiene products

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e)). Opened or used whitening strips and toothpaste therefore cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned.

3. Refund

Following a valid withdrawal, we'll refund all payments received — including the standard delivery shipping cost — within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction (via Mollie), unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund.

4. Return costs and product condition

The direct cost of returning the goods is for your own account. Please return products in their original packaging and unused condition. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop; if the value has diminished due to handling beyond what's necessary, we may charge for that diminished value.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee (extra)

On top of your statutory rights, WHYTE™ Smile offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee: not happy with the results, and you'll get your money back within 30 days of purchase. Email your order number to info@whyte-smile.com and we'll take care of it. This commercial guarantee doesn't affect your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal and the legal conformity guarantee.

6. Return procedure

Here's how to return a product:

  1. Email info@whyte-smile.com with your order number and state that you're withdrawing from the agreement.
  2. We'll send you a confirmation and the return address.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of your notice, preferably with tracking.
  4. Once received (or proof of shipment), we'll issue your refund within 14 days.
