The webshop whyte-smile.com is operated by UrWeb VOF, trading under the brand name WHYTE™ Smile, with registered office at Houten Schoen 96C0002, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, company / VAT number BE0805971515. You can reach us at info@whyte-smile.com.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every distance contract between UrWeb VOF and the consumer. Deviations are only valid if expressly and explicitly agreed in writing. If any provision is void or voidable, the remaining provisions stay in full force; the void provision will then be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intent.

The offer in the webshop is valid while stocks last. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (for example, clearly incorrect prices) do not bind us.

The contract is formed the moment you complete your order and we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information, for example in case of suspected abuse or unreliable payment details.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are €4.99 for orders under €30 and free from €30; they are shown clearly before payment. Promotions and discounts are valid as stated and cannot be combined unless indicated otherwise.

Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered at checkout, processed by our payment service provider Mollie. The products remain our property until full payment has been received (retention of title).

We deliver within the Benelux within the stated delivery times (see our shipping policy). Delivery times are estimates. If the maximum period of 30 days is exceeded, you may cancel the agreement and receive a full refund. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, except for sealed hygiene products whose seal has been broken. The full terms, the model withdrawal form, and the return procedure can be found in our returns policy.

As a consumer, under Belgian law (Art. 1649bis et seq. of the Civil Code) and EU Directive 2019/771, you're entitled to a statutory 2-year conformity guarantee: products must match their description and reasonably meet your expectations. If they don't, you're entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract. These statutory rights apply in addition to our commercial 30-day money-back guarantee.

Our liability is limited to what is permitted by law and, in any case, to the amount of your order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Always use the products according to the enclosed instructions for use. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use. Nothing in these terms limits your inalienable statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have a complaint, email us at info@whyte-smile.com. We handle complaints within 14 days; if that's not possible, we'll let you know when to expect a response.

If we're unable to resolve the matter together, as a consumer you can turn to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also approach the competent Belgian mediation bodies.

These agreements are governed by Belgian law. As a consumer, you also retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
